We’re writing to share an update to our rollover credits policy. Beginning May 1st, any rollover credits added to your account will have a 30-day expiration period from the date they’re added. Any credits added in April will still fall under our existing policy.

Our community thrives when we’re all showing up consistently for ourselves. Over time, we’ve observed that while rollover credits were intended to provide flexibility during life’s unexpected moments, they sometimes create a “I’ll catch up later” mindset that doesn’t support your wellness journey. Many members have even shared that watching unused credits accumulate actually adds to their stress!
We want to continue offering the flexibility you need while encouraging the consistency that helps you thrive. This balanced approach is uncommon in the studio industry, where most businesses don’t offer rollover options at all.
What You Need to Know
- Your current rollover credits will remain valid until December 31st, 2025. You will see these remain on your account to use at any time.
- The system will NOT automatically use your NEW expiring credits first, it will be your responsibility to use the expiring credits BEFORE using membership credits. They will be clearly marked in your account labelled by month added.
- We won’t be able to make adjustments if membership credits are used before expiring rollover credits so please be mindful.
Options for Your Existing Credits
- Gift to a Friend: Gift up to 4 credits to a friend (these will expire after 14 days). Valid 1x per friend. [Complete form HERE]
- Treat Yourself: Exchange 5 credits for a grey or black sage tank (limit one per person) while supplies last. See us in studio to claim.
Membership Pauses
You can still pause your membership for up to one month (maximum 3 times per year) to avoid accruing new credits. As always, rollover credits cannot be used during a membership pause.
