Natasha Caleel is the founder of Sage Society and a Licensed Occupational Therapist, women’s health specialist, and strength coach with nearly 20 years of experience in health, fitness, and rehabilitation. She holds a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy and an Honors Bachelor of Kinesiology from McMaster University and has completed advanced training in corrective exercise, prenatal and postpartum fitness, women’s health, Pilates, CrossFit, and Postural Restoration.
Throughout her career, Natasha has worked across rehabilitation, corrective exercise, strength training, and women’s health. That experience gave her a unique perspective on the way women’s bodies change throughout different stages of life—and how often traditional fitness environments fail to account for those changes. She saw a gap between clinical rehabilitation and mainstream fitness: women were frequently told to either modify everything or simply push through, with very little available in between.
Natasha founded Sage Society to create the space she felt was missing: a strength-focused fitness community designed specifically for women. Her vision was to combine evidence-based training with a deeper understanding of the female body, creating an environment where women could become stronger while navigating pregnancy, postpartum recovery, injuries, pelvic floor and core concerns, perimenopause, menopause, and everything in between.
Today, Sage Society brings together expert female coaches, thoughtful programming, and a supportive community under one philosophy: Fitness for Women, by Women. Natasha’s goal is not simply to help women work out—it’s to help them understand their bodies, build lasting strength, and feel capable and confident through every stage of life.
